Masters don’t just plan.

While amateurs spend their time planning and making resolutions, masters take immediate, physical action.

They intuitively understand that the firsthand experience of execution becomes their own data asset.

This doesn't mean diving in recklessly without assessing the risks. It means instead of just weighing risks in your head, you should actively go out and investigate them.

If it's something your hands and feet can do, stop overthinking and just start doing it. You will find something.

Lately, I’ve been realizing that when work gets stuck, it’s rarely because I don’t know how to do it. More often, it's because I haven’t identified the actual bottleneck.

In times like that, just doing something and realizing,

"Ah, I guess this isn't the way,"

turns out to be a massive breakthrough.

With that in mind, here I am, scribbling away again...
